Minerva is a privately owned Atlanta-based development company that has a solid track record of acquiring, developing and managing a broad portfolio of real estate investments with a single objective of maximizing returns.

We commenced operation in 1981 as the U.S. real estate division of a large European financial services company. In 1993, the management team acquired the business, renamed it “Minerva”, and continued operations seamlessly with the original European clients.

Since 1981, the Minerva team has maintained a flexible management and investment philosophy, which allows us to adapt to ever changing market conditions. Through the years, this strategy has led to a balanced portfolio with steady income-producing assets matched with opportunistic investments.

Additionally, our in-depth local market knowledge gives us a distinct advantage in making investments, which are often counter-cyclical to market pressures.

With our asset management team, we have built a solid reputation based on quality, integrity and professionalism. This allows us to maintain strong and long-term relationships with our core client group, managing over $600 million of real estate assets.

Single Family Residential

16 residential communities with over 11,000 lots, including four master- planned golf communities. Minerva’s current projects include two of the most successful master planned communities in the Atlanta region -- Heron Bay Golf & Country Club with over 2,100 homes, and Sun City Peachtree with 3,400 homes at completion.

Retail

14 neighborhood centers with over 1.2 million square feet of retail space located in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. These centers have a strong list of grocery anchors including Publix, Kroger, Whole Foods, Hannaford Brothers and Walmart. In addition, Minerva’s current portfolio also includes investment in the regional operating & real estate companies of a national restaurant franchise.

Industrial

Over 3 million square feet, developed primarily in Atlanta, Dallas and Houston.

Office

Mid-rise office buildings in Atlanta’s Buckhead and Cumberland plus Washington, D.C., comprising over 750,000 square feet.

Multi-Family (including lofts, garden and luxury senior apartments and condominiums)

Sewage Treatment Facility

Construction, ownership and operation of a 1.35 million gallon-per-day facility, which has a service area of over 6,000 homes and commercial customers in Griffin, Georgia.
